The rates displayed on this site are provided individually by each hotel or vacation home rental property management company and are displayed in the local currency of the hotel. A "vacation home rental" is defined as a unit, house, villa, townhouse, apartment or other type of residence managed by a vacation home rental property management company and is booked through the toll-free number assigned to vacation home rentals, the applicable website or through the telephone numbers assigned to reservations by the vacation home rental management companies. Currencies can be converted on this site, however, this service is provided for informational purposes only. We obtain our international currency conversions from publicly available sources, so we make no guarantee that these conversion rates are accurate or that they will not change at the time you pay your hotel bill. Payments you make to hotels or vacation rental property management companies are transactions resolved solely between you and the hotel or vacation rental property management company and we assume no responsibility or liability for any dispute you may have with the hotel or vacation rental property management company. Hotels or vacation rental property management companies may change their rates and availability of rooms listed on this site without notice.
You agree not to use the information on this site to advertise or solicit our customers to purchase any products or services (directly or indirectly), including but not limited to hotel reservation services or vacation home rental property management companies without your express written permission.
You agree to make only bona fide legitimate reservations solely for your own use and your guests and for no other purpose including resale, unauthorized assignment or posting on third party sites, not to make speculative, false or fraudulent reservations or reservations in anticipation of demand.
You may not use our website to book more than nine hotel rooms for any one stay (single or consecutive nights) at any of our properties. Any reservation of more than nine rooms, whether made in multiples of nine or individually, is subject to cancellation at our discretion. To reserve more than nine rooms for a stay, please contact the group's reservations department.
You may not resell hotel rooms booked through our website. In the event that we become aware of the resale of rooms, any reservations booked on behalf of the reseller may be cancelled at our sole discretion. Vacation home rental property management companies only offer whole houses, resort units, condominiums, apartments, cottages or villas for rent. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All hotels are franchised under our brands. These are independently owned and operated. All vacation home rentals listed on this site are independently managed by a network of property management companies and the group is not a party to any rental agreement, other agreements or transactions between users and vacation home rental property management companies even though this site authorizes and facilitates the booking of vacation home rentals or provides other ancillary products or services. Any part of any actual or potential agreement or transaction between a user and a vacation home rental property management company, including the quality, condition, safety or legality of the properties recommended, the truth or accuracy of the listings (including their content or any reviews relating to a property), the ability of a vacation home rental property management company to rent a vacation home, or the ability of users to contract for a property are the sole responsibility of each user. You acknowledge and agree that you may be required to enter into one or more agreements, waivers or terms and conditions prior to making a reservation or that the purchase of a separate product or service may impose additional restrictions on your reservation, product or service.
The Group expressly disclaims liability for any act or omission of a franchise hotel, vacation rental home and property management company, including negligence or willful misconduct.
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND (DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXONERATED OR OTHERWISE) ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO, USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, OR OPERATION OF THIS SITE, INACCESSIBILITY OF THIS SITE, AND POSSIBLE ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE CONTENT OF THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF THE ORIGIN OF THE DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The Group assumes no responsibility for such inaccuracies, errors or omissions and is under no obligation to honor any reservations or information affected by such inaccuracies. We reserve the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations and/or improvements to our content and information and to the products and programs described in this content and information at any time including after the transaction has been confirmed.
INDEMNITIES
You agree, at your expense, to indemnify, defend and hold us, our officers, directors, employees, agents, distributors, franchisees, vacation home rental property management companies and license operators harmless from and against any and all judgments losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred in connection with any claim, demand, suit, action or proceeding arising out of your violation of these Terms of Use of this site or any product or service related to this site.
PRE-AUTHORIZATION FOR DAMAGE GUARANTEE
By making a reservation on our premises, you agree to a pre-authorization of $250 CAD being placed on your credit card at the time of your arrival. This pre-authorization is intended to cover any damage caused to the room and/or office, as well as to the common areas of the establishment, during your stay.
We reserve the right to withhold part or all of this amount in the event of damage discovered after your departure. The exact charges withheld will depend on the repair or replacement costs necessary to restore the room, office, and common areas to their original condition.
In the event of no damage, the pre-authorization will be lifted and the amount will be released by your bank in accordance with its policies, which could take several days.
By accepting these terms, you agree to abide by the rules of the establishment and to assume financial responsibility for any damage occurring during your stay.
APPLICABLE LAW
This site is created and operated in Canada, in the province of Quebec. Therefore, the laws of the province of Quebec apply to these Terms of Use, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of these Terms of Use or the use of this site and the content of this site shall be decided by the courts of Quebec. You agree, without regard to conflict of laws principles, that any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year from the date of the cause of action or claim, or the cause of action will be barred and precluded.
WAIVER / SEVERABILITY
A waiver of any provision of these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, shall not constitute a waiver of any other subsequent right. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then these Terms shall be deemed severable as to that provision and it shall be deleted from the Terms. The remainder of the Terms, however, shall remain valid and enforceable as if the provision had not been included.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Any rights not expressly stated in these Terms are reserved to us.
TRANSLATIONS
In order to provide our customers with the best possible service, this Privacy and Security Policy is available in multiple languages. In the event of any discrepancies between the translated versions of these Terms of Use and the French version of these Terms of Use, only the French version shall prevail.
